Unfortunately, bad experience. Requested highlights with copper, lighter brown colors on my dark brown hair. Discussed how blonds probably wouldn't show as I had box color in my hair. Stylist even showed me a picture on her phone of highlights. The color red was never discussed, was definitely not in the pic shown, and the result was only one color was used on my hair and it was red. Bright crayon color red. Horrible. I tried texting and calling stylist afterwards ( was there for 3 hours and late for my next appt at work so stylist didn't get to blow dry or style my hair afterwards) to no avail; I wanted to know what to put on my head to tone down my flaming hair. I went back to the salon to find stylist in her chair with her phone on her lap. She was surprised when I confronted her but had no answer on why she used red. Offered to do bleach rinse, then said she was going to use n4 color instead... told her I would dye my hair myself and didn't have another two hours.... no offer to reimburse me or for future service let alone an apology for not listening to my request. Absolutely unpleasant experience and a complete waste of money especially since I had to go buy two boxes of hair dye to fix myself. No wonder they make you sign a waiver not to sue them for damaged hair.
