Horrible horrible experience. I literally left this place in tears. Staff isn't friendly (except the nice lady who helps you pick out glasses). The doctor didn't give me a choice in getting my eyes dilated and wasn't very personable. Then after the exam was done and my eyes were dilated, I was told my insurance doesn't even cover the exam. My husband called to see why they didn't tell me this prior to the exam and the lady on the phone was very rude and blamed me for not knowing. The doctor never told me his recommendation on glasses only that I need them and I never received the prescription for glasses when I left. If you are thinking about coming here, don't! Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office.
